In every TENDON rope you can find a coloured control thread that indicates the calendar year of the rope's production. If it is necessary to determine the exact age of the rope, the end of the rope can be cut and the year of manufacture can be determined by the colour indicator (fibre) inside the core.
For more accurate data, there is a strip inside the ropes along the entire length that carries information such as the manufacturer's name, testing standard, certification test house number and year of manufacture.
In addition, each TENDON rope tag also bears a TeNOTE code that can be used to identify the rope in the TeNOTE web application available at www.mytendon.com.
Please note: each rope manufacturer uses its own colour designation. In case of any doubts about the age of the rope, send us about 20 cm from the end of the rope and we will give a precise identification of the rope.
