At PF Plastics, Komas, Lanex and Conrop, employees now have a more diverse selection of quality menu items for lunches as of  Thursday, January 2. The new menu is  prepared in the PF Plasty kitchen and distributed to other  BR Group companies.

 Out of the five companies that took part in the tender, GTH catering offered the best terms and , after  personal tastings, also the tastiest menu. There are two standard meals and one vegetarian  menu daily. PF Plasty, Lanex and Conrop also offer a selection of snack menus,  salads as well as chilled food from vending machines, especially  for afternoon and night shift workers. The price of a regular  menu for employees is around 35 crowns, for each meal, the employer  contributes 55 percent.

The menu is not yet being delivered to other BR Group companies,  for example Lucca and Spojmont, where the conditions for serving meals are not currently in place.  It is envisaged that  canteens will be built in the future. Existing canteens are being refurbished, for example the canteen in PF was  refurbished in 2018. The kitchen in PF Plasty used to prepare meals  for other BR Group companies or for external customers was chosen  because it is suitably large and if needs be its capacity can  be increased by simply adding additional technical equipment. The kitchen equipment is now very modern, as a new catering company has invested heavily in  it. PF Plasty is gradually making lump sum payments to buy it outright .
