It is a polypropylene high-strength technical fiber with the addition of a flame retardant, which is stabilized against UV radiation at 300 kLy. With this new product our development department responds to the needs of construction companies that use safety nets that are made of materials with reduced flammability. This follows our successful product ANTIPYREX which also contains a flame retardant. The current ANTIPYREX 300 has been developed in response to the fact that UV radiation has a degrading effect on polypropylene and thus leads to a loss of strength. We want to prevent this using UV stabilizers, which is why we stabilized ANTIPYREX 300 at 300 kLy. The fiber complies with DIN 4102, class B1 and DIN 4102, class B2 and ČSN ISO 4589-2 and was tested for accelerated aging due to UV radiation according to ČSN EN ISO 4892-3.
