Woven polypropylene webbings
Woven polypropylene webbings are produced in a basic range of colours and, if required by the customer, in combinations of colours. The webbings are fully recyclable.
PP/PPV webbings
The structure consists of fibrillated polypropylene tapes and polypropylene multifilament fibres.
Parameters: width 25-90 mm (standard production 35-55 mm), thickness 1-2.9 mm.
High strength, colour fastness and stabilization against UV radiation make the PP/PPV webbings ideal to be used as components of bulk bags.
PP/POLYS/PPV webbings
They are produced as a modification of PP/PPV webbings. The structure consists of fibrillated polypropylene tapes, POLYS fibres and polypropylene multifilament fibres.
The application of POLYS fibres in the warp leads to higher rigidity and retention of shape of the webbings.
PPV webbings
Webbings made of MULTITEX polypropylene multifilament fibres are soft to the touch and flowing, and with their double-layer weave are stronger than PP/PPV webbings of similar size.
Parameters: width 5-120 mm, thickness 1-6 mm.
Use: bag and upholstery production, sporting goods and other areas of textile production. We also produce sealing and binding PPV webbings in widths of 5 to 10 mm and thicknesses of 1 to 1.9 mm for bodies and other parts of bulk bags.
PP/PPV/C webbings
Woven conductive polypropylene webbings dissipate electrostatic charge. The structure of the webbings consists of polypropylene tapes, polypropylene multifilament fibres and carbon fibres. PP/PPV/C webbings are intended to be used in the production of conductive bulk bags.
Packaging:
The webbings are supplied in reels 50, 100, 150, 300 m long as a standard and wrapped up in PE sheet. The reels are placed on pallets with dimensions 800 x 1200 mm. If required by the customer, the form of transport packaging may be changed or modified.
