The used materials are highly environmental friendly (no PVC) and easily disposable; the new and used flexitank is easily transportable when empty and performs low transportation costs.
is the composition of multi-layered polypropylene and polyethylene tubes. The inner liner provides liquid containment and support strength to the outer liner, whilst the outer liner provides support to the inner liner and particularly the top sheet provides high stress absorption capabilities against dynamic stresses imposed during transit and cargo handling.
Each unit is individually packed in a solid carton-box with optimized dimensions and tailored pallets for minimized supply costs. The box length and width for a 23 cbm flexitank allow to stow two rows in a 20ft dry container with a capacity of 96 flexitanks for minimized supply costs.
Each carton-box and flexitank may be equipped with individual banner or logo on special request to emphasize customer's corporate identity.
Each unit may be equipped with special harness straps on special request for increased loading and traffic safety.
