Powerline DUO
Powerline DUO is the best solution for standard drying sections of high-speed paper machines that produce heavier grammages. It can also run under lower tension. It is made of multifilament polyamide fibre with special impregnation.
Powerline DUO must be properly tensioned under operating conditions. Splicing is critical, and must be carried out according to instructions available in printed form and on DVD.
Thanks to its inner core
- penetration of abrasive particles or other chemical substances into the rope is reduced
- the rope keeps its shape better, which results in smoother run through the pulley system at higher speeds
