Enduro R

ENDURO R represents together with Compact R a new generation of paper carrier ropes. Just as Compact UNO, R or Enduro UNO, it is a braided coreless paper carrier rope made of multifilament polyamide fibres.
Thanks to a special method of braiding, the rope retains its circular shape for the entire service life. It is trerefore able to take the place of a conventional braided rope with core, while maintaining the comfortable splicing that is typical to ropes without core. Individual fibres are treated with a special paraffin impregnating agent. This protective barrier protects the rope against effects of moisture, high temperature and chemical agents that are typical for drying sections with infrared radiators in coaters. Unlike conventional construction of braided paper carrier ropes, individual strands of this rope are not twisted but form a uniform cluster of fibres that provides an increased protection of the rope compactness against external effects.
Excellent paper grip between the ropes is provided for by staple fibres with high friction.

Enduro R must be properly tensioned under operating conditions. Splicing is critical, and must be carried out according to instructions available in printed form and on DVD.
